Dear Parents/Carer, 

We are pleased to inform you of an exciting opportunity for our school to participate in a research project conducted by the Department for Education (DfE) regarding the utilisation of the PE and Sports Premium. Following an interview where we shared our practices, our school has been selected as a focus school for this important research.

On Monday 17th November, researchers from Verian will be visiting our school to observe PE lessons throughout the day. They will engage with staff to discuss decision-making processes, funding allocation, and assessment practices, as well as observe lunchtime and playtime activities.

Additionally, a selection of Year 5 and Year 6 students will be interviewed. If your child is among those chosen, a separate letter and permission link will be sent to you.
