Last week we sent home a Data Checking Sheet with your child/rens details on. Please can you check these details and sign the bottom of the sheet as confirmation that the details we hold are correct.
Should you notice any incorrect details please can you cross them through and hand write the amendment/s on the data sheet and sign it.
Once you have signed the form, please ask your child to hand it to their teacher.
